Light and floral on the nose. Straightforward, full and fresh in mouth with white flowers flavours. Very refreshing on the end. A lots of gourmandise for this pleasure wine to be drunk on aperitif.

- Soil : Limestone on Lignorelles and Bennes. Kimméridgien and on the top of the Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir. It makes at the same time, very light and fruity wines to be drunk young with a very good minerality.

- Work in the vines : We work among organic practices using natural product only, working the soils, disbudding.
- Vinification : Alcoholic fermentations on native yeasts and malolactic fermentation on regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees for 6 months. Light fining.

- Bottling : After 12 months in tanks
- Temperature of service : 10-12°C
- Some advices : Excellent in aperitif or with seafood as schrims, oysters, salmon and all starters. Very nice with snails. It's a refreshing wine.
